Vanessa Bryant, M.S.

Vanessa was born and raised in Colonia, NJ (Woodbridge Township) and has spent more than twenty years building a career in real estate that transformed her life. Since entering the industry in 2003, she’s worked across sales, investing, coaching, and leadership—gaining the experience, insight, and resilience that only decades in the field can teach.

After years of mentoring new agents and seeing how many struggled with confidence and real‑world preparation, she knew the industry needed something more. That vision became the Haskerson School of Real Estate—a place designed to blend rigorous education with mindset, modern tools, and the kind of guidance she wished every new agent could receive.

Today, Vanessa leads Haskerson School of Real Estate with one mission: to give students the knowledge, support, and transformative experience that real estate gave her.
